Step One: Choose a style.
Browse through our Pet Photo Gallery and choose a style.
Step Two: Click the "Gallery & Pet Photo Details" link located below the picture of the style you've chosen.
The Gallery & Pet Photo Details page will include:
- A larger version of the style you've chosen to show the quality of our designs
- A side-by-side comparison of an original snapshot and a completed pet photo design
- Additional examples of the selected design
- Verse and quote options for the selected design
- Purchase information for the selected design
Step Three: Place your order
All pet photo purchases include a FREE (optional) online pet memorial. During checkout, simply indicate "Yes" or "no" in the "Include online pet memorial?" field. Please do not include your pet's dedication or verse / quote choices in this area. You will be prompted to include this information after completing the purchase process. |

Step Four: Send us your information.
On completion of your purchase, you will automatically be forwarded to a confirmation of purchase page and final instructions to email us with the following information.
- You pet's photo(s)
- Your pet's information: name or nickname, date of birth (if applicable), date of death (if applicable)
- Your quote or verse choice
- If you've chosen to post an online pet memorial:
- date of birth
- date of death
- online pet memorial dedication verbage - Note: there is no limit to the length of verbage you'd like to include in your memorial.
Once we receive these details, we will immediately begin work on your product. |
Additional Ordering Information:
- Custom pet photos will be shipped within 8 (eight) to 10 (ten) business days.
- Online pet memorials will be available for viewing within 3 (three) business days.
